Product Review - Baby Butt Cream

Since the boys and I have been struggling with a stomach bug for the majority of the week, I thought it would be only fitting that my product review for this week would be baby butt cream. As any parent can tell you, a diaper can wreak havoc on your little one's rear end. No matter how quickly you take off the wet or soiled diaper, the red irritated bum is inevitable.

Initially we were big fans of Boudreaux's Butt Paste. It always seemed to work very well and with a Cajun name like that, how could it be wrong. Then one day Eli had a nasty diaper rash that didn't seem to respond at all to the normal application of the butt paste. After talking with our pediatrician, Dr. Delaney, during a routine check-up, he told us of another over-the-counter cream that worked very well.

So we went right away and picked up a tube of Triple Paste Medicated Ointment. After a few applications, Eli's diaper rash cleared up very quickly. After a few more experiences with the Triple Paste, Anna and I both would strongly recommend this product for anyone struggling with an irritated posterior or just plain ole red butt! What has my world come to? I am writing about baby butt cream on a random Wednesday night. Next week, I promise to review something running related and give the baby products a rest for a little while.
